Tsayatoh Chapter conducts monthly meetings in order to keep the Tsayatoh residents informed, and to have a forum to express their opinions as they decide on matters concerning their chapter.

August 2-3: Group II will take a Field Trip to Window Rock to attend the Youth Conference @ the NN Museum. (student with on own with parents)

August 30th,31st & September 1: Work Session(FMS, Stragetic Planning, Land Use, MIP) for the Chapter Officials and Committee Members of Tsayatoh Chapter; Again the final plans & approval will be forthcoming.

PARENTS OF SYETP: Please encourage your child(s) to participates & cooperate with their supervisor & follow all rules. They will learn positive communications, complete small projects that will benefit our community. The summer youth program was a success and ended on August 12, 2010.

The Land Use Committee are currently meeting 2 times a month to receive orientations, information & work on the five years Land use Based Plans for re-certication; Which is re-approved by the TCDC Committee. (Will be re-approved with the FMS Certification).

The Chapter turned in the Five Management Manuel to LGSC for review on June 25, 2010. (Estimate approval will be before Nov. 2010).

The Strutural Assessment for the Old Chapter House has been completed by Mr. Arnold Allison; Now this is supporting document to be utilized to prepare proposals for funding.

The NN Water Resource Representative (Mr. Max Yazzie) will be providing information on all the windmills operations within the chpt. during the regular chapter meeting on July 13. (He did not show but he will be asked to do a report to the community during the planning or regular chpt. mtg. in September 2010).

Underwriting Exposure Summary (insurance renewals for policy year 2011-2011) due August 27, 2010 @ Risk Management Insurance Program.

Due to Chapter's PEP Funds in the minus, the chpt's PEP staff are transferred to the NN Sales Tax Funds to continue the services at the chapter.

Emergency Alert Team will be chaired by Mr. Bo Reeder & a chapter supporting resolution was approved on August 10, 2010.

Road Grader in the community doing minor road clearance on the chapter roads.

Chapter purchased some culverts to fix some of the road problems in the community. Chapter President is assigned to the Road Project with the current Road Grader Operator.

Facility Usage Policies on the Heavy Equipments to be discussed during the Strategie Planning Mtg & presented before the community for membership approval.
